Shipping
All orders within NL will be carried by PostNL and provided with a track and trace code. A shipping fee is applied for all orders inside and outside NL. You can also schedule an appointment at the studio to pick up your order.
When will your package arrive?
- Netherlands up to 5 business days
- Europe up to 10 business days
- US and UK up to 14 business days *
* International shipments might be held up by customs, please keep this in mind when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for this delay.
International shipments to US en UK
Please note: additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. For more information please check with your country's customs or postal office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Returns Policy
Studio Bernadine Ypma accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
No products may be returned to Studio Bernadine Ypma without the prior written consent of Studio Bernadine Ypma and are subject to a return charge. The shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
