De armband is geïnspireerd op de schilderijen van Paul Klee. Klee werkte met het combineren van kleur in vlakken en abstracte vormen. Door de kleuren met elkaar te laten corresponderen of door juist dissonante kleuren toe te voegen lijken de oppervlakten van zijn schilderijen in beweging.
De schakels van de armband zijn van gegoten zilver en bestaan uit in elkaar gevlochten stroken. In het midden breekt de warme oranje edelsteen door het oppervlak. Het zilver is gepatineerd zodat er meer contrast in het oppervlak zichtbaar is. De afwerking is hoogglans.

- 5 carneool edelstenen in warme oranje kleur
- de armband word voor je op maat gemaakt en ieder exemplaar is uniek. Je kunt ook een andere edelsteen kiezen, denk bijvoorbeeld aan een witte maansteen of een blauwe lapis. Het kost mij ongeveer 8 weken om de armband voor je te maken.

Bracelet
The size of a bracelet can be measured by measuring your wrist and add 2 cm. Or you can measure the length of a bracelet you like to wear. The average size for a woman’s wrist is 19 cm and for a man 22 cm.
Necklace
The size of a necklace depends on your preference. The regular size for woman is 42 cm. A shorter necklace measures 40 cm and a necklace with a pendant is usually 45 cm. A regular size necklace for man is 50 cm.

Silver and gold jewelry
Jewelry in silver and 14k gold will last for decades. Small scratches can occur over time and give the jewelry character. If you want to polish the silver or 14 carat gold piece of jewelry, you can use the included pink cloth or use mild soap and a soft cloth.
Refresh service
The refresher service is free for jewelry purchased from our collection. You can bring your silver and 14k gold Studio Bernadine Ypma jewelry once a year for cleaning and polishing.* Small scratches will be removed and the piece is thoroughly cleaned. Your favorite jewelry will feel fresh and new. Don't hesitate to drop by the studio and bring your Studio Bernadine Ypma jewelry for a touch up.
Vermeil
Some pieces in the collection are vermeil. Vermeil is gold layered on sterling silver. Because the gold layer wears away over time, it will have to be replated periodically. This can be anywhere from 24 months and up depending on whether it's a ring compared to earrings (a ring will experience more friction).
Avoid contact with water, perspiration, perfumes, lotions or hair products. Clean your vermeil jewelry with a dry, soft cloth.
*This service does not apply to vermeil jewelry because it cannot be polished. Repair or resizing are not part of the free service.

All orders within NL will be carried by PostNL and provided with a track and trace code. A shipping fee is applied for all orders inside and outside NL. You can also schedule an appointment at the studio to pick up your order.

Returns Policy
Studio Bernadine Ypma accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept any returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
No products may be returned to Studio Bernadine Ypma without the prior written consent of Studio Bernadine Ypma and are subject to a return charge. The shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.
